This year, we interviewed 81,5% of our industrials customers in the summer summer 2023 to measure their satisfaction.
Realised every two years, this survey aims to:
measure our reputation;
evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with regard to our services and commercial relation;
identify practical improvement actions.
This year, the customers satisfation was estimated to 98% against 96% in 2020.
