France 2030: what’s that?

Unveiled in October 2021, it has 10 targets, including:

• making France a leader in green hydrogen and renewables;

• decarbonising industry to achieve the target of a 35% reduction in greenhouse gas
  emissions between 2015 and 2030 in this sector;

• producing nearly 2 million electric and hybrid vehicles;

• manufacturing the first low-carbon aeroplane.

This is in line with the France Relance plan dedicated to accelerating the country’s ecological, industrial and social transformation. It should make it possible to respond to the greatest challenges of our times, and particularly the ecological transition.
