How is Teréga committed to customer satisfaction?

At Teréga, we have introduced an agile and resolutely performance-focussed organisation, with the aim of guaranteeing the best possible quality of service for our customers.

In addition, we felt it was essential to give our customers a voice when taking decisions, which is why we regularly conduct satisfaction surveys among them. We have also an Ambassadors’ Club, in which we meet customers to analyse their feedback and from that identify areas for improvement.
