What is Teréga doing to reduce its environmental impact?

The aim: to eradicate the environmental footprint left by our activities to contribute to carbon neutrality of France. This internal programme is the working-out of our commitment to achieving the national targets set in the COP21 Paris Agreement.

All of our actions are based on the “Avoid - Reduce - Compensate” methodology: to avoid any impact on the environment that can be avoided, reduce our current impacts and compensate for them by creating environmental value elsewhere. Thanks to that strategy, our greenhouse gas emissions, for example, fell by 32% between 2017 and 2022 (scope 1 & 2).
