How do you prepare a DICT?
To work safely close to our gas grid, identified by yellow marker posts, or on land where access rights apply, you must first prepare a Declaration of Intention to Commence Work (DICT), in accordance with the regulations.
As the work operative, and if the project has been designed by a project manager or project owner, you must have in your possession the documents received in response to the Declaration of Work Project.
You must then submit your own declaration, by filling in the Cerfa DT/DICT declaration form, or do it online via the Networks and Pipelines (Réseaux et Canalisations) remote service.
That declaration must include the following information:
the starting date of the work,
the duration of the work,
the bounds of the work area,
the operations that may have an impact on facilities and systems located on the worksite or nearby.
