What is the five-year Energy and Climate Action Plan (NECP)?
Introduced by the law of November 8, 2019, pursuant to energy and climate, the five-year action plan will set out, from 2023, the priority actions of the national climate and energy policy, taking into account the raising of the European bar for reducing net emissions of greenhouse gases by 55% by 2030.
Its main areas will be defined through the National Low-Carbon Strategy (SNBC) and the Long Term Energy Schedule (PPE). These areas will be updated to take into account the guidelines of the new law before 1 July 2024.
