Satisfaction survey of its shipping customers
A satisfaction survey is conducted every two years for our shipping customers (Transport and Storage).
It aims to:
evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with regard to the offer proposed but also in relation to commercial and contractual relations;
identify practical improvement actions.
