Succession at the head of Teréga: Dominique Mockly stands down

Arrived in July 2016, Dominique Mockly has overseen its successful transformation into an industrial actor committed to the energy transition. 

The Board of Directors of Teréga SAS, represented by Gianluca Poi, its Chairman, extends its warmest thanks to Dominique Mockly for his strategic vision which has enabled him to establish Teréga’s actions as a long term contribution to France’s energy transition, driven by a commitment to the general interest. His 9 years’ leadership of the company marks a key stage in the group’s evolution.

Appointed in February 2024 to the post of Deputy CEO with responsibility for the Group’s executive coordination, Carolle Foissaud will thus take over at the head of Teréga, her priority being the implementation of the GAÏA 2035 strategic plan, intended to make Teréga a regional decarbonised energy hub looking toward the energies of the future. This appointment marks a new stage in the group’s transformational journey, which it has been making since 2016 under Dominique Mockly.
