Teréga’s employees commit to climate action

Since the end of 2022, Teréga rolled out the Climate Fresk approach across the whole workforce to mobilise and increase their awareness of the climate challenges. In order to do this, collaborative workshops are organized, helping them understand the essentials of the climate challenges so they can go on to take action.

To date, Teréga has 250 “fresked” employees, which is nearly one-third of the Group's total staff. The workshops will continue through to the end of 2023, allowing all employees to take part. Beyond 2023, they will continue for the benefit of new arrivals in the Group.
