Access to the www.teréga.fr website (hereinafter "the Website") and use of its content shall be in accordance with the terms of use set out hereinafter. Accessing and browsing the Website constitutes unconditional acceptance of the following terms:

The trademarks and other distinctive signs such as logos appearing on the website are the property of Teréga or its partners.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks or logos without the express authorisation of Teréga is prohibited, notwithstanding the method or medium used, and liable to penalty, pursuant to Articles L716-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Recruitment area

Personal data collected via the recruitment site shall be secure and treated confidentially. It is used solely for recruitment purposes, provided the required information is provided (data items preceded by an asterisk*). If these fields are not completed, the application cannot be processed.

This personal data is viewed only by authorised Teréga staff and by external recruitment agencies appointed by Teréga, for the sole purposes of the procedure for selecting candidates.

Teréga shall not communicate this information to third parties, organisations, external companies or individuals for purposes other than issues associated with the recruitment of candidates by Teréga.

Pursuant to the provisions of Law 78-17 on “data protection and privacy” and the recommendation of the CNIL of 21 March 2002, the information provided shall be retained for a maximum period of two years. You are entitled to access, correct and object to this information. If you wish to exercise that right, please refer to our document on personal data.

Users are reminded that they may, at any time, delete personal data pertaining to them through their "Candidate Area" account.

III. Guarantees and responsibilities

Teréga uses its best efforts to ensure the information accessible via the Website is accurate and regularly updated. However, Teréga provides no guarantee whatsoever that this information is accurate, complete and up to date.

In no event shall Teréga be liable for any damage whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the cause, source, nature or consequence resulting from viewing or using the Website. The Company also declines all liability in the event of interruption or inaccessibility of the Website, the occurrence of any faults and any damage resulting from fraudulent acts committed by third parties using the Website.

Teréga may be required to provide users of the site with hyperlinks to access third-party websites. The Company cannot be held liable for the content of third-party websites over which Teréga has no control. Likewise, the Company cannot be held liable for the failure of third-party websites nor for damage to the information systems of the user associated with use of third-party sites.

Furthermore, sites with a hyperlink to the Website are not under Teréga’s control, and Teréga accordingly declines all liability in relation to access and content of these sites.

Teréga uses measures intended to ensure the security of files compiled using the personal data collected on the Website. However, Teréga has no control over the risks associated with the Internet and draws your attention to the existence of potential risks in terms of confidentiality of data transmitted via this network.

V. Applicable law

The Website is governed by French law.

Any dispute falls under the express jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Pau and only French law is applicable.

If a provision of this document is invalidated by a competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of said document shall remain in force.
