Olivier Béatrix appointed Secretary General of Teréga

Olivier Béatrix, ‘Of Counsel’ lawyer and energy law specialist, has been appointed Secretary General of Teréga with effect from 15 October and as such is now a member of the Executive Committee.

Born in 1972, Olivier Béatrix is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Public Service section) and holds a DEA in Public Finance Law (University of Paris II). He has spent most of his professional career in the energy sector.

After having been legal advisor at EDF, then Legal Director of the CRE (French Energy Regulatory Commission, 2010-2013) and finally Legal Director at GRDF (2013-2018), Olivier Béatrix has decided to pursue his career with Teréga.

Olivier Béatrix is also a member of the Board of Directors of AFDEN (the French Association for Energy Law). As a local elected official, he is also involved in energy transition projects in the French regions.
